Presentation Events

 
Schools can raise money for their funds or charity whilst giving parents the opportunity to purchase photos that recognise proud moments of achievements. Coverage is in a reportage style whereby each student is photographed receiving their academic certificate from the Headteacher or event guest.
 
Designed with GCSE and A Level presentation evenings in mind, this package can be tailored to suit any achievement presentations or graduations for students or children of all ages.
 
 
The school awards event photography package is £125 and includes:
 

  • High resolution digital copies of official group photos for the school's publicity and display use

  • No limit to the number of photos taken

  • Shared event client area for parents to view and purchase photos

  • Client area password provided in advance to include in any event communications or a programme

  • No involvement with payment for parent orders

 
 
Fundraising
 
Schools receive a 10% donation from parent sales for their school funds or to donate to a charity of their choice.
 
 

Professionalism

For your school and parents' piece of mind I am DBS checked, ICO registered and fully qualified with a first class BA Honours degree in Professional Photographic Imaging and a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers. I am fully insured with public liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance and have PAT tested equipment. A risk assessment can be provided prior to booking.

Student and Parent Ordering

 
Password details will be distributed by the school to those attending for viewing the photos. Orders placed by the event ordering deadline will be eligible for:
 
  • Free collection from school
  • 30% discount (included in the prices below)
 
This is usually 7-10 days after the event photos have been uploaded. Orders placed at a later date will be posted.
